• I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

  On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.
  

• How do I find my assigned courses?

  Once logged in, your dashboard or "My Courses" section will display all courses assigned to you. You can also use the search bar or browse the "Course Library" to find specific titles.
  

• Can I access the learning space on my mobile device?

  Yes, our learning space is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices. You can access it via your web browser on a smartphone or tablet.
  

• How do I start a course?

  From your 'My Training' dashboard, simply click on the course title or the "Start Course" / "Resume" button.
  

• How do I know if I've completed a course?

  Completed courses will show the "Completed" status with a tick mark on your dashboard once all required modules and assessments are finished. Some courses may also issue a completion certificate.
  

• Where can I find my certificates of completion?

  Certificates are available in your profile (select your name in the top right of the screen) under the "Certificates" section within your profile once a course is marked as complete.
  

• Can I revisit courses after I've completed them?

  Yes, most completed courses remain accessible for review. Just head to "My Training" and select the course you wish to access.
